How Can severe Dizziness Along With Blurred Vision Be Treated?

Hi. IBe had this problem for years, it happens nearly every day and occasionally a few times in a day. I have an episode where I feel really titled, dizzy, blurred vision, slurred speech, time feels out of whack, and I m unsteady on my feet. I ve been to see a doctor before and explained my the situation they ve did a blood test found nothing so that was it

Consult a neurologist and get evaluated. Detailed evaluation is required to make a diagnosis. An MRI scan may be required to rule out possible causes like mini stroke or TIA.
